Millicent Samirah Lardi-Glawu is a seasoned energy and sustainability executive with over a decade of experience advancing commercially viable energy transition initiatives and infrastructure development across Ghana and international markets. She serves as a Board Member of the Ghana Export-Import Bank (GEXIM), where she provides strategic guidance to enhance Ghana’s export competitiveness, industrialisation, and regional trade integration.
As CEO of Ecolumiere Solutions Limited, Millicent leads the development and execution of sustainable, climate-aligned energy projects that expand access to energy, accelerate decarbonisation, and deliver measurable socio-economic impact. Previously, at the Ghana National Petroleum Corporation, she gained extensive upstream industry experience, contributing to corporate strategy, innovation, and stakeholder engagement within Ghana’s oil and gas sector.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Ghana and a Master’s degree in Management from the University of Nottingham. She is currently pursuing an MBA in Renewable and Sustainable Energy.
